A Teamwork and Collaboration Challenge!
The Metropolis mission is simple and clear – all teams must build one big metropole in 2-3h. It is all about planning, time and resource management, talent management, communication, active listening and, above all, teamwork.
As your group will be split into smaller teams, each of them will be responsible for building a specific area of the Metropole. The key to success is in communicating and coordinating with the other teams.
Uniting Teams to Build a Cohesive Metropolis!
To have a coherent image of the whole Metropole, teams will have to coordinate and decide together even the smallest details (the size of the cars, humans, trees etc.) during the City Council Meetings.
At the end of the activity each team will present their area and connect it to the others. Now it is a good time to observe important information, take key learnings and, of course, take a photo of the whole team with their work.
