We all have tried to be movie makers at some stage, especially with the phone cameras being so performant lately.

Some artists even made full movies using a mobile phone camera and the final result was amazing. Why don’t we give it a shot?

This Team Building activity gives your group to enter the dazzling world of movies. Let your imagination fly and create unique masterpieces that will live forever!

Who is it for?

“The MOVIE MAKERS” program is designed for teams from 35 to 70 people, but it can be adjusted for larger or smaller groups. The main objective is to discover your teammates and their talents. This activity requires teamwork and cross team collaboration.

We will see the formal and informal leaders at work in each team, role assignment and decision-making processes topped with demonstrations of project management skills.

The recipe sounds great! Let’s make a movie!

How It Works

  • The final product will be a 30-35 minutes masterpiece made of smaller but not less important other masterpieces.
  • The roles will have to be assigned carefully. We’re not talking only about the acting roles. The Costumes and Make-up Department is as important as the stars in front of the camera. The filming crew, the Special Effects and the Editing crews as well. Let’s not forget the Screenplay writers, the Director and the General Producer.
  • Once the small pieces are done, we will join them together and have a great night at the movies with a full house projection followed by an amazing Oscar Awards Gala.
  • Prepare your fancy dresses, your bow ties and your Oscar Awards winner’s speech!
