Coolmore Stud
The Brief
Coolmore Stud Farm, employs over 1000 people with diverse backgrounds. The aim of the event was to incentivise attendance, motivate interaction and evoke a sense of cohesiveness in an different environment to work. Healthy lifestyle was the theme to fit in with the Client’s focus on employee wellbeing.
The Approach
We developed an activity based concept with synchronised entertainment and experiences happening throughout the event environment. The location was the Client’s 2000 acre farm and therefore Fusion Events created a festival style ambiance to elicit alternative surroundings to work.
As always Fusion Events conducted full health and safety checks and continued to monitor throughout event planning and production. To tie in with the Healthy Lifestyle theme extreme activities such as climbing walls were combined with traditional style team events such as old school sports day to ensure that all tastes were catered for. Children’s entertainment was key to encouraging family attendance and musical acts provided ambiance.
The Results
The client was extremely pleased with the concept, development and execution so much so that the event was confirmed for subsequent years. The significant attendance was indicative of the wide appeal and that it met with the original event rationale.
We’ve worked with Fusion Events for several years on two large back-to-back summer events – one internal and one for the wider community in which we are based. Every year the creativity and professionalism they bring to bear ensures that the events are fresh, well organised and safely run for all attendees.
