Our Client, a Global Gaming company, have a diverse staff profile and operate 24/7. Fusion Events was tasked with creating a vibrant, fun and inclusive company family friendly event to encourage attendance and staff interaction throughout an entire day.

The concept centred on “something for everyone” – a stimulating day of non-stop, simultaneous activity with a boutique summer BBQ theme. The location was Wanderers Rugby Club providing ease of access and hassle free attendance. Many activities took place outdoors so contingencies were put in place for adverse weather and the event was health and safety compliant in planning and production. Entertainment included team activities like Old School Sports Day, family fun such as traditional carnival and musical entertainment throughout to create a fun and relaxed ambiance. A premium BBQ was enhanced with fun foods adding colour and exuberance.
