Gourmet Food Parlour – Collaborative Launch Event – Dublin Airport Central
The Brief
Fusion Events enjoys strong collaborations with trade partners where each organisation’s core competencies complement each other. Our hospitality partners, Gourmet Food Parlour, approached us to assist them in a corporate event that they were catering. The event was a functional activation to launch a new international corporate business park at Dublin Airport, the gateway to the world. As the guests would be from different organisations and have diverse profiles, the client – Dublin Airport Central – wanted to ensure that the environment was engaging and interactive to encourage conversation but still had a professional atmosphere.
The Approach
To reflect the international element of the event, an international street food theme was implemented with custom-built market stalls erected. These stalls ensured that food service and delivery were both safe and efficient for purpose. They each represented a specific country and their size and design ensured a warm and open welcome to guests. The full fit out also included lighting and décor.
The Results
Both Gourmet Food Parlour and Dublin Airport Central were extremely pleased with the approach and the fit out which motivated interaction and engagement. We continue to collaborate with Gourmet Food Parlour on shared events.
